Investor information notice of the HERALD ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND

SAI ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT SA registered in the ASF Register with no. PJ307.1AFIAA/400006, as administrator of FIA HERALD, informs investors about the distribution of benefits related to the year 2023 for all fund units subscribed on 12.31.2023 (registration date).

SAI Atlas Asset Management SA calculated and registered the benefit related to the year 2023 for FIA Herald in the amount of EUR 3,939.08/fund unit.

Full details on the method of calculating the benefits can be consulted on request, free of charge, by the Fund's investors, at the headquarters of the management company in Bucharest, sector 1, Sos. Bucharest-Ploiesti, no. 7A, floor 6, office 1, telephone 021-361.78.21, fax 021-361.78.22.
