How do I invest?

To become an investor in the funds managed by us, it is necessary to read the Issue Prospectus and fill in the Subscription Forms related to the fund in which you wish to invest. Come to our headquarters in Bucharest, sector 1, Soseaua Bucuresti - Ploiesti, no. 7A, floor 6, office 1, to submit the subscription request and find out more details about us and the funds we manage.

It is important to specify that you will become an investor at the moment of crediting the account of the fund in which you have decided to invest, and the purchase price of the subscribed units is calculated the day after crediting the account based on the assets from the day the account was credited. To find out more details about the subscription and issuance of fund units, please read the section in the Issue Prospectuses "Issue of fund units".

ATTENTION!
Fund units of FDI AUDAS PISCATOR, FDI PISCATOR EQUITY PLUS and FDI MONOLITH can be subscribed on working days.
Fund units of FIA HERMES, FIA HERALD, FIA DCP Investitii and FIA MICHELANGELO are offered for subscription on the 15th, as well as on the last day of each month. If the established dates are non-working days, the fund units will be offered for subscription on the next working day, at the value of the fund unit on the respective working day.
