The investors SAI ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT SA. they can submit petitions for free, at the company headquarters in Sos. Bucharest Ploiesti, no. 7A, 6th floor, Sector 1, Bucharest. The compliance officer has on record a Single Register of Petitions located at the company's headquarters, which includes at least the following information:
1. petition number;
2. the date of the petition;
3. the identity of the petitioner, including the address, telephone number, e-mail and the service/activity provided to which it refers;
4. the name, surname and function of the persons within the Company to whom the petition was addressed or to whom the petitioner addressed for the provision of the respective service/activity(s);
5. the object of the petition;
6. the stage of the petition;
7. date and manner of resolution of the petition;
8. the reason why the petition was not resolved favorably (if applicable);
9. the damage claimed by the petitioner (if applicable);
10. observations;
The petitions will be resolved within a maximum of 30 days from the date of their registration in SAI Atlas AM.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (SAL-FIN)
The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) established SAL-FIN, an entity created within the ASF with the aim of allowing consumers to turn for free to a mechanism for alternative resolution of disputes in the non-banking financial field.
The mission of SAL-Fin is to organize the out-of-court settlement of non-banking, internal or cross-border financial disputes in consumer matters. Conciliators from the non-banking financial field with experience in mediation, negotiation or arbitration can propose or impose a solution to the dispute in a balanced, impartial way, within a reasonable time and at no cost to consumers.
SAL-Fin informs the parties about the progress and consequences of choosing one of the resolution procedures. The consumer is the one who decides the course of the chosen procedure, and SAL-Fin will inform the trader about the creation and resolution of the request.
In order to resolve a dispute with a professional/merchant by applying the SAL procedure, the consumer must express this option voluntarily and address SAL-Fin in writing, directly to the SAL-Fin headquarters, by post or by electronic means of communication.
